I DON'T KNOW! Honestly, they're strange and disturbing enough that I questioned if they were really PG-13 or not, but.. Well, it's a guy's arm and a toy, so.. I can't honestly say that they're NOT PG-13..

Well, I say that's perfectly normal in my MLP world. xD For the MLP custom is normal. You can customize it in any way you like it and you can even sculpt it.

I had mines removed too...a long time ago to get braces..which proved to be a waste of money because my teeth went back crooked anyways.

It doesn't cost anything for people under 20 here... :/
