I've been looking for chances to improve as well.

I'm not talented to join in anything for this site. But I do wish you both luck and hope that you both can get a job.

It's less for the job and more for the experience. That and I feel useless without a job.

You know, you guys don't have to be on the Trisphee staff to improve your writing.

We have a Writing forum specifically for feedback.

For some reason, though, no one ever posts there.

Maybe I should try making a Social Group or something for people to join. It might be a better atmosphere.

I've noticed that. I've actually put up some of my work that needs feedback but I never get it. I do use dA as a place to get feedback but it's rare. As part of a more professional job my writing would HAVE to improve to meet specific standards as opposed to my flexible ones.

I use the writing I wrote a small piece of a story I as working on but did much from it. -sweatdrops- But I am pretty bad at punctuation since English is not my first language after all.

I have learned all my punctuation knowledge from reading books and noticing how it's done.

I rarely go to formal grammar lessons for anything I use in everyday life. It's mostly just noticing, acknowledging, and applying.

Although I do want the grammar book I bought for $80 and loaned to my brother's friend two years ago back. D<

But either way, my best advice is to read books and pay attention to what's in those books. But not Twilight, though. That book would make an English teacher cry.

I would never read such badly written work. I do read a lot, I'm not not very good I do go and look at some books to help me out.
