when i'm on my meds i have to remind myself to eat sometimes otherwise i won't... eat something- at least nibble on something .o.

I want food ;3; at least I won't take my Meds tomorrow... And then... CHINESE! for supper.. Lol

just because you're not hungry doesn't mean you shouldn't eat-

I've tried force-feeding myself before.... Not a lovely sight to see the food come back up 2 minutes later...

noone ever said you're to shove food in your throat- eating a single piece of bread will help, even if it takes you a while to finish

Trust me... It'd come back up....
