I should probably learn how to set up this closed channel thing anyway. I've never had to do it before because most professors never need to use it in the early morning, late night, or friday. but I guess today's special. at least it gives me something to go out and do.

and being able to set up this thing is part of my job. it will be good to learn. I set it up before while training, and all I really have to do is hook up a cable to the right spot, and press a few buttons back in my room.
