Maybe you should try to upload only one thing at a time? maybe it takes too much server resource if all at once?
Though... you probably did it that way. If so, don't pay attention to me, pleease.
maybe, until you can upload new first page, at least change the text on front page and point where to go and register (as in our forums)?

Thats a good idea but I would like to see about getting the new front page up now. Last time I tried to change the text on the front page I broke it for a few mins.

Maybe.... you should take Trisphee down for maintenance for a while at night, so there is no weight on servers from people posting and such, and then try to upload one thing by one?

It could be done parallelly with avvie resetting (if needed, for all users), so there is less info on the servers, so there is not so much strain on them.
