It's different for everybody, really. Some can be easily remain calm when situation made you frustrated and wanted to hit somebody with it. I rather be calm and think and figure out what to do next than trying to make things worse.

I'm very good at handling stressful situations. Its kind of a job requirement for me. My issue is letting that stress build over time and get me down.

Yes, that's good but getting all the stressed in you, isn't healthy. That's how my boyfriend is, letting all the stress built up inside then unleashed it on somebody else. >_<;
