I can't change other people's, but I can change my own. You just go into your User CP, then Edit Details, then type it into "Custom User Titles".

I've been changing mine since it was first changed to "Wiggles the writer" and I got peeved with the lack of capitalization. xD

EDIT:

It was this blended mushy mixture of stuff my mom specifically made for my brother to put into pita bread, and it just didn't sit well with me. It was too mushy.

It's the same reason I don't put mayo or anything on my sandwiches.

The only mushy savory food johnny likes is mashed taters. :C
