No they use those carts for disabled people and run you down if you are looking at something and they refuse to go around you. I have plenty of Old people around here walk around following Chris and I through the grocery side of a store. An they will wait till you stop to decide on something and try to push you on with their cart or they will try to walk right on top of you so that you have to move.
