we all make mistakes, and whether we mean to or not we are all bound to hurt or upset someone now and again.
big mistake or not, i can tell you feel remorse, as long as people can see that, and you do what you can to make it right, that's what really matters.

my sister and i have that problem quite often. i immediately want to make the problem better and all too often i just upset her further.
