Personally, when I'm angry - like legitimately angry - on the internet, capslock is too cutesy/jokey for me to use. I just type regularly.

So johnny joke-angry = capslock, angryface emoticons.

johnny real-angry = neutral tone, proper capitalization/spelling/grammar and kind of wordy. There are no emoticons in a johnny real-angry post.
