I should try role playing, but it is so hit or miss if I will be on a site sometimes that I might not be good with sticking with it - assuming that it did not die.

The RP forum seems to have this lingo and stuff going on.... I feel intimidated ^^;;;

I wish I had like a close friend to do it with who wouldn't judge me by my lack of experience....

I don't have much experience either.

I'm not that great at making long posts, but I can do full sentences, which makes me unsure of where to fit in.

We could start a one on one role play if you have a good idea for a plot.

I like fantasy.

I'd just need to come up with a character.

when I rp with my friend.. we just let it flow =w= make up a character, a bio and then a setting and then go

I'm not that well in RP because I usually do it in first person and very clost to all RPs are in third person.

First person perspective is an interesting way to do it.

I do first person cause it feels like you are the character

The only problem with that style of writing is that then the entire story is supposed to only be seen from their perspective. No other character views come into play. Writers can find it a bit limiting.

true and sometime it can get confusing, or second person when you get to be God.

Another reason why I have hard times with RPing is that people have different ways of telling the story so it can be confusing for me when someone tells the story straight foward with no complexities.

Then when the next post/story come up, there's a lot of words never used in the English language te way hey arranged the words. It'll just bore me and reminds me of Charles dickens where theres is so much detail that there a page and a half of just a character opening the door oTL.

I do a straight foward story with some insight of the character of how they are feeling in that situation whether good or bad.

About the only place I have seen the second person view done well is in a chose your own adventure type book.

just a 1x1 RP on MSN is good enough for me

One X one or a small group is the easiest, I am sure.

Must be why it is so popular.
