@DMS hrmmm....I Know! *!* Start with metal detecting. Walking around a lot will eventually cut off the dead weight (figuratively speaking) and then you move on to more strenuous exercises like push ups and leg lifts.

Speaking of strange conditions, my godfather's foot is shorter than his other one, so he has to get a special order of shoes when ever he needs new ones.
