@ Logan - It's just as its name says, a buffet-style restaurant that mainly serves soup. I had clam chowder, a ginger-soy broth, and yummy foccacia. <3 Then had chocolate lava cake for dessert.

@Ash: I know a place like that in Madera and maybe in Fresno.. They got soups and salads.. then they got bits of other stuff. But pretty much the same as yours. I don't think it was called that.
