I'm texting all my pictures to my email off of my phone. So i can delete most of them. All the ones not being used as caller ID pictures need to go seeing as before I started my phone was saying "no more memory". Stupid phone. -kicks-

At least you HAVE one.. I'm so broke (no job right now) I've never had my own cell phone.. :C

My phone is several years old, and it's just... it annoys me sometimes but in reality it's a damned good phone.

I cannot wait until we move and switch providers so I can get a new free phone. xD

I would get a new phone with my current company but to get the one I want for free I'd have to renew the 2 year plan. And I really want to move before 2 years pass and where we want to move has no cell service from my current company. SOOO yeah.

I'm kind of an emotional wreck tonight cuz of moving related stuff... as it we found a house but getting a loan is proving impossible.

I understand how that goes, my mom, her BF and I finding an apartment halfway between their works, within a price range, that'd be able to fit all 3 of us is proving nigh impossible.. x.x

That sucks, I'm sorry DMS.

I would die in an apartment simply because I'd have to get rid of or pay out the butt for my animals. Also I hate having close quartered neighbors. o Ao


Yeah the house we found is just over 3000 sq.ft if you include the basement and only costs 45,900 USD. It's cheap because you need about 20k tacked on to the loan to deepen the well since it has gone dry thanks to over irrigating potato farmers. =__=

BUT even if we got a 65k dollar loan we'd still be able to make the payments because that is still relatively cheap.


We had intended to list our current house with a real estate agent, but in the process of trying to do so we learned out house is worth less than what we currently owe on it, tanks to us having bought during the height of the infamous housing bubble. The agent wasn't willing to list it for higher than what is was worth even if the difference between what we owe and what we needed to get out was only about 5-10k. (house is worth about 35k because it is a fixer, but we owe 37k and we wanted to get 5-10k out of it to have a DP for a new place).

And I'm sorry this post turned into a huge ass monster post. x.x
