Mom says that in the veterinary field, you're more likely to remember someone better if you know their pets well too. Pssht, some vets only know the pets, and can't remember owners. XD Mom gets cornered in shops with clients who are all "Oh! Remember me? You saved my little Lady!" and Mom is all "Which Lady?! We have seven! WHO ARE YOU?"
