Welcome ^^ Wow, now I want to make one of those recipes. Or both, lol. I haven't made them in ages. The best part is how easy they are. The only thing needing to be measured in the cheesecake is the vanilla and lemon juice and there's no measuring at all in the other desert (unless you're making your own graham cracker crust). Just use whole containers/packages. One regular sized container of Cool Whip, one medium sized container of the sour cream/greek yogurt (I think they're around 8 ounces or so) and 1-2 packets of vanilla pudding mix. Start with one, and then add from the second til the taste and texture are to your taste. And as much fruit as you want, lol.

I don't cook often either. I like cooking for friends or special occasions, but I hate cooking for myself on an every day basis. I just want something I can toss in the oven/microwave and have ready to eat in less than half an hour, lol.

Oooh... that sounds yummy. I'm just far too lazy to cook for myself, lol. Especially after getting home from work.

Haha Ana I do, but it makes me sad. One of these days I'm going to break down and buy a piece of chocolate cake because thinking about it as much as I do can't be healthy xD;;

Cooking for others is lots of fun. I think part of it is that I I really like making other people happy, so when I can cook for them and they like it, it makes me happy. ^^

@Rem- Lol. I don't think about cake specifically. My downfall is anything chocolate. ^.^;;
