I don't know if I'm deficient. I think I'm just... emotionally drained. I haven't been sleeping well. No dreams, minus the one I had this morning that jolted me awake. I've been trying to get out more, and be more active.... I think if anything, my brain is telling me I need to stop thinking entirely. u.u;

you will be. there's a part in the flu to that makes you think your all better but then outta no where you'll get a fever. do well to take care of yourself and take a lot of hot baths to sweat out the flu
