Chasm=> Knight=> Outsider; not-OK
Amendment(1) Chasm will not sell runes to a mule account, in that "if you are a true knight you will join with your main not a mule.""

It means that a knight can buy and use on a mule, but can not buy to give to a non KoC member, but the rule was altered as someone tried to take advantage of the system.

If you were a Knight, you could give them to your mule.
However, because you are not a Knight, you can not buy them.
