you joined just in time too the world event starts today lol xD for a week

and pretty much any level can do it, starts officially at 8 est :) so you have time to get to like level 10ish to really be ready :3 ~even better if you hit 15 cause most of the start rifts are probably going to be 10ish to 20~

D: but but ~whimpers~ its the only way i can do evil deeds by killing the other factions :<
