yea.. at my old place, the dude across the street had dogs... they would tear up people and animals D:

also some people dont take care of their pets properly and are all grotty, the lady frow diagonally behind mes dog caught some disease i forgot the name of but she was too lazy to take it to the vet and it ended up dying but not before our dog caught it. poor gabby almost died, she was just lucky we cared about her
