Someones wanna explain to me how I can't do NORMAL push ups... but I can do WALKING ONES?

Its most likely because my elbows are bent at a different angle.

I have weak joints, so anything straight on, I can't do.

Like, I can do side lunges, but I can't do straight static ones.
