Rainy, you need to make the habit of going to bed early for school hours, dear. I don't want you to feel drained waking up early to get dressed and eat breakfast and goes off to school. If your headache is bothering you. I may suggest to go to bed and try at least to sleep. Or put something cold on your forehead while you are resting your eyes. That's what I normally do when I have it as I'm trying to sleep. I hated when I start having an headache and I always goes to the kitchen and get some ice packs or frozen veggies bag and wrapped it with the damp towel to feel nice on my eyes and forehead. x3

Well, my school won't be super early and when I will be tired, I will fall asleep relatively properly and my headache isn't so bad now, it's nearly gone, and I am also going.
