My friend just created an account on Trisphee yesterday but after she confirmed the account in her email, she couldn't log on, because apparently she's not using either the right username or password, although she's dead certain she's typing it in right.

Anyway I was wondering if there was a way someone could maybe reset the password and email it to her so she can go log on?

For safety's sake I figured I won't state her username here but I'll gladly give it via a PM if you can help her :3

Have you tried the "forgot password" function? (Keep in mind after you fail a few times in a row you have to wait 15 minutes to try again.)

If that doesn't work for you, drop me a PM and I'll take care of it. :)

Lol I was gonna say the same thing.... ^^' Just try forgot password and use the email.
