it's tempting to join an avatar community when it's just starting out to make an obscene profit, either by taking advantage of item demand or just by hoarding. I'm glad we haven't fallen into that pattern yet.

I am too c: I like helping avatar sites when they're first starting out by donating. It helps the owner maintain the site, and allows me to be creative =)

yeah. that's why I donated like a year ago, before we even had runes or donation items. I really wanted to help the site grow and progress. I love this little baby. **snuggles Trisphee**

I love finding new avatar sites, especially during the beta-testing period. It's so exciting to watch them grow and progress from very little members posting on a few topics, to getting avatar bases and items, and attaining more activity =)

yeah. when we moved from having all the threads contained in one little beta area to using all the forums and subforums, I couldn't keep up anymore! D: it was such a big change and I was so proud of all the progress.

Yeah =) I like it here a lot so far. The bases are especially wonderful and I like the unique Donation Items. A usb sword? Genius!

I hear a cricket chirping. Literally. It has been behind the refrigerator for the past week and chirps on and off. I have a tarantula and sometimes and few escapees tend to crawl around the living room while everyone is sleeping xD

D: I would never be able to keep a pet tarantula. when I first learned what they were, I was immediately scared of one getting into my house and eating me alive, even though I lived nowhere near their natural habitat. XD

I got her because I wanted to get rid of my fear of spiders. It somewhat worked, but I still hate the ones that can kill you with a stupid little bug bite.

Yeah, I think I'm about ready for sleep. Need to wake up early. Gotta practice for when school starts again. Nighty tighty.
