I did a solid hour of weight lifting/strength training.
Normally, I do it in intervals... I wanted to try something new tonight.

Needless to say... <.<; I'm going to be hurting.

By intervals, I mean like... strength for bunch of reps, then cardio, then abs, then repeat.

Instead, I didn't do cardio. I just did strength and abs. ><; for a complete, non-interrupted hour. Crazy? Nah. Crazy is TWO hours. Which I'm trying to work up to.
