From what I've read he was driving drunk and killed not only himself but the passenger in his car. It sucks life was lost, but I feel no sadness for him.

Yeah but that person prolly knew he was drunk, plus he was drinking the night before, we have no clue if he was actually drunk at that time.
Even if he was, I still feel bad he's gone.
