i am trying to not get sick

Not getting sick should definitely be up there on the list.

I'm all dirty from riding my boyfriend's quad. Dinner is soonly I hope. I am starving! In fact, Imma go help make it ^^

Hmm Fey, did you try drinking a lot of water?

My throat has been sore lately as well. I am thinking it's all of the sweets I've been eating. It really messes with the natural bacteria, or something else, in my throat and makes it go insane.

Youch... I normally just drink a lot of liquid whenever I feel my throat is sore or that I may be catching a cold, and it usually works in making go away before I really catch it... Well that and I take some multi vitamins when that's the case...

I usually do that too. I usually only get sick when I'm not eating right or when I'm not drinking enough water.

i drank water, hot tea, juice and chocolate milk today

That's a lot of liquids lol.. I drank some tea, milk, and a little bit of ice water.

I hope you'll get better soon then Fey, at least you're doing everything to get your throat better it appears ^^
