Espy strikes me as the secretly romantic type. We would probably start out going to a movie in Imax ( something actiony ) then end up at a nice cafe were they play life music.

Probably some sort of rock concert, and then an after party.

Probably somewhere that seemed simple, but it turned out had beautiful scenery.
