yeah I usually just chug a lot of liquids mostly water. I'm a homebody but when I do have to go some place due to my lack of car its by walking.
I would say dont worry about it unless your the type of person to go on binges then it might be bad for you. Since your worried about it it sounds like you know what your doing. Its usually my friends that say Oh I want to be 120 pounds so I just eat da da dah... that I worry about because they deny they have a problem.

I work it off by bike rides and walks. I walk my dogs, I walk to stores, I would walk to school if it were closer. I even go on bike rides with my boyfriend and we walk a lot now.

I barely eat fast food, so it isn't that bad either. Maybe one burger a week? Sometimes not even.
