I don't think it is.. long as you have some sort of update to the front like a new picture or something then you can just post updating or in need of comments :)

edit: if it is a shop i think it's not included in the rule of being able to be revived.. I know I bring my shop up once in a while when I remember it ^.^;;; or when I get time to update xP

I know some of the staff, and they're good people of course, so I doubt they'd consider it necroing since I explained I was reviving my art thread in that post. xD
And I put "UPDATED" in bold, red letters next to the stuff I updated, so it should be all good. = v =
If not, then all I need to do is explain.
