I have a bad immune system so if I get too stressed or worn out I can get sick. So I go out of my way to avoid stress. lolol

I think that you should consider it. Honestly, when I feel over whelmed or stressed I have a horrible time keeping my spirits up and then I get tired.. Grumpy and just don't feel well.

Some times I keep myself awake and if I don't enough sleep my immune system crashes.

It's a bad pattern. ;[
