I think that if its your title it should fit you the best and the only way to make it fit you the best is if you change it yourself...but I do understand that its like an achievement type of thing

I've never changed mine... but it was set to "Mod" when I became one... I miss the title changes.. I loved them

The titles do change as you post.
And as for the title changes you can always request to get set back to the default titles and it won't count as one of your three.
Another thing you can do is if the title has something you don't like. Ex: "PrEtTy PrInCeSs" and you want "Pretty Princess" I don't think that counts against you either.

After I had three standard ones in a row that I had already seen coming I broke down and changed mine to my current one. I don't really see myself changing it as it fits me VERY well.
