Are there particular rules for user voting? For instance, can entrants vote so long as they don't vote for themselves, etc?

Yeah everyone can vote I can say this one vote for your self but the second must must be for another avi.

True that is true most of the votes will cme from Staff votes over all.

lol, not really, if people entered two avs they can only vote for one of their own, so in theory about half may not get any votes...and I know me, I never vote for my own even if it's allowed.
