"Twin Kukri"
Username: Quiet Man Cometh
Image/Description: A silver or gold bladed kukri with wood handle, two coloured ribbons dangling from a ring on the pommel (reference pick for kukri below). Possible ribbon colours: red/blue; black/green.
Pose #1: Kukri held in each hand in forward grip, blade curves pointing towards the feet, streamers towards the back.
Pose #2: Kukri held in each hand in reverse grip, blade curves pointing up, streamers towards the front.
Pose #3: left hand kukri held in reverse grip (as pose 2) and right hand kukri held in forward grip (as pose 1). (hands according to default avatar editor position).

Bleh. A few of my ideas are too small to put nicely onto an avi. -sigh-

Ooooooooo, I've got at least two ideas for this, now to see if I can make it work on the trisphee scale....

I was watching a show on weaponry and the falcatta, larger kukri of sorts, could put a one inch concave dent in a metal helmet, adn probably kill the dude inside. Not exactly delicate in use as they appear. ;)

What do I do next? *ponders*

I prefer Karambits myself. Why break armor when you are designed perfectly to fit right in the vulnerable bits? :3

Apt name for them. Don't think I'd be inclined to use one in battle though, unless as a last resort, like hamstringing a guy after playing dead.

I can use them rather effectively ^^; Used to carry one, til it just...vanished one day o.o Like, I slept with it in my hands. I woke up one day and it just....wasn't there anymore.
