It would be nice if my cousin could talk. All he says...that anyone but his parents can understand (if they understand him) is nanny. Or that's what it sounds like to me. Even if he rarely talked....at least if he did talk...I could understand him.

And that's pretty good considering if his development really is at that stage -just saying- but the brain does have remarkable abilities to rewire and fix itself....even though it may not be likely...over time he could learn to do some things. Certain areas of the brain get more new cells a lot more than others. I think one of those areas is the memory center. So maybe he can learn other things. It's a possibility...and greater things have happened even though they were unlikely or impossible.

And I'm about to go to sleep I think. Night Night.

How old is he? My cousin is in a special trade/vocational school for about 6 years I think he would graduate from it when he turns 21 right now he's 18

my brother is almost 21. he;s a year and a month apart from me pretty much.

I've worked with special needs kids in High school, so I'm used to it.

BTW my cousin is close to my age....either a little bit older than me or a year younger than me about. I'm not sure....since he has those problems, he acts a lot younger...and when people act a different age than I expect....it's harder for me to remember their age. (Like for years I didn't realize he was my age pretty much)

Well it's a scene that's very.....embarrassing to the characters.
