Privacy Policy

You are expected to read and understand these documents. The Terms of Service outlines the conditions you must agree to in order to use Trisphee.

All formality aside... Now that we're open we've posted our official Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You really should read them; we put a lot of work into them. ;) There really shouldn't be any surprises here but the Terms of Service IS a binding legal document and it's the only thing that allows you to be here. The Privacy Policy is more for your information and your protection: it doesn't require you to do anything; it just describes the steps we take to protect your privacy.

This post will be updated when we make edits to either document.

You can feel free to ask questions about the terms; they're not negotiable but we'd be happy to clarify anything that may seem confusing. PM me or Fenris or you can post in the forums if you have a question or concern.

To we have to click somewhere to "agree" or do we just agree? :B

As it says in the first section, registering your account is a sign of agreement and if you don't agree you need to stop using the site.

Awesome! Read the ToS, very nice ^^ You guys did a good job with them.

The ToS is one big collaborative effort that collectively took Fen, Zy, and I a total of eight hours to write. x.x
