Probably a victim at the moment despite the badass look. The eyes make me think she's blind, but who knows?

I'd say Shen is a colourful victorian hero.... you just don't seem to look like a villian or a victim to me.

Moonless looks like a misunderstood hero at the moment to me. Not evil looking, just peculiar looking so therefore misunderstood.
