A topic mentioned more than once at my job is apparently Texas has a law against pants sagging low enough for your crack to be seen. There's a fine and some jail time right there.

i aprrove, when you can see bare ass or even just the entire damn thing covered by a single thin layer it's enough to make you wanna puke, though i'm pretty offended with idiots who take the saggy pants as an excuse to walk around with your hand /in/ your pants holding your crotch
