So my hubby and I have been looking at houses listed online and we found this house that has what we are looking for..



The one room is the upstairs and my hubby claimed it as his "man cave" if we get the house.

I love that house too, I like small houses.

I ADORE small houses, and that one looks really nifty =3 I hope you guys are able to get it, Pocket, it looks nice~

I hope all the cards fall into place but we will see.

My hubby found a paint color that he loves..its a rich/bright fall orange. Like when the leaves start to turn.. we both love the fall season.

For me there is no way I can get a house at any point of my life

We wouldn't be able to if my brother wasn't going to help us...or at least we hope he helps us..

so far my mom helps me on my rent since I can't find a job at all

That house looks very cute...But I prefer a style of more open...larger space...maybe because I lve in a tiny bedroom...xD

it's lovely, though be careful, morgaging is a real bitch in the long run

actually, right now in US mortgages are at an all time low in cost...I had a friend just get her first house and she's paying nearly four hundred less in her mortgage than I am in rent...and her house is twice the size of where I am!! B'sides, it helps build up your credit :D good luck on getting your dream home!

Houses on the smaller side are always kind of nicer.
I say that because I grew up in one, than moved into a massive one that I don't really like much .__.;

I am so jealous.
I want a new house!
We have four adults and three dogs in a one bedroom.
