So, my best friend almost heard me cry .___.
I woke up to my mum and dad yelling and screaming at each other. Then mum and dad both tried to drag me into it... Now mum's threatening to leave if he keeps yelling... Leaving me here all alone. So, my family is broken and breaking. So unhappy now. Can't even force the optimism I normally have.

Aww... I'd say I kinda know how that feels, however, my parents were divorced when I was 6. After my dad's second marriage, his ex had told me that her divorcing my dad was my fault... >.<

I think I may start this blanket I've been putting off eAe;

My real parents are divorced. I'm adopted by my grandmother and her husband; but I call them mum and dad since I was adopted when I was 5.
But... my mum just got over cancer, and my dad told her this morning if they had the money and she hadn't gone through cancer he'd of left her. I can honestly say... what little hope I had in them is gone.
I'm just... so down now. I don't like yelling, it scares me. And they were yelling so loud it woke me up and triggered a bad OCD fit. ; ;

Finally calmed down since... OCD fit + Epilepsy = danger.
My best friend was distracting me so I got over it but now its just like... Eh. What good is it to be optimistic when people keep punching you in the face emotionally?

OCD Fit? So.. a fit because of obsessive compulsive disorder? Or are you talking about a panic attack? I suffer form panic/anxiety attacks myself.

I know what you mean though, that's a common problem for me. However... I don't think there is a lot triggering mine other than just stress.

When people yell it scares me which triggers me to 1, cry or 2, clean.

I also have panic/anxiety attacks that go along with the OCD occasionally, and I have to be careful about how wound up I get since it turns into seizures EASILY.

Stress is a huge factor too. Aaaaaaand mum is sniffling > > /nopity/

I've never had them bad enough that I had a full blown seizure, but they tend to scare anyone around... So I try to make sure people aren't around. Can you imagine how hard it is to hold things in until you close a door?

Ooooh yes. I know how it is. I hid my small seizures from EVERYONE for a good three years... My best friend only found out last year... Because I was talking about them publicly for the first time

Worst place to have them? In a car, while driving. Its...painful. I've had to pull off to the side before because my arm was seizing.

I've had one in the car once. Fortunately, I was a passenger, and not the driver.

Cars, then bathrooms and then public places are the worst to me for seizures/panic attacks. And Pubic places trigger panic in me
