i hate that. the chips do hardly anything loll.

I ate some cheddar cheese chips...helped for about 2 seconds.

well there isn't any protein in it only carbs and sodium. for me if I eat regular chips I have to have water because my joints retain water if I eat salt (even a moderate amount can trigger it) so I drink a lot of water so I can get rid of the sodium.

I drink water cause it's free as well as it helps with my skin and my focus
