im more worried about how everything's going to work out xD im in a sort of situation where once i get the check in of what funds i have left from college that my mom will take probably over half of the funds...

yet she's the one going on saying oh you don't need a job you can live off of that.. =/ not if i give it mostly to her no i cant my car needs gas and i'll need food and the car really needs to be worked on truth be told ~head desk~ i miss being a kid my only care was that i wanted to go outside .__.

And you can't just say that you need the money. You need it for gas, food, textbooks, ect? Or just refuse to give her the money?

no cause she'll remind me that i owe her rent and stuff... god when i have a kid i refuse to take the funds they get for college seeing as the left over funds are suppose to be for living coverage =/ then again i've always been dragged into my mother's money issues.

cause i live under her roof and her poor ass job doesn't pay her enough to afford all of the bills for the trailer -.-; in turn i cant really save money due to the fact that i have to pay her rent even though me and kano buy our own food and pay for the internet/phone and cover all of our bills.

i just need to last two more years then i can get a job in my major and move the fuck out i won't even care then if kano has a job cause i should make more then enough to get a damned house D<

So your paying a portion of the bills? Then She owes you reimburment for the money you spent keeping HER bills paid. you don't owe her anything in that situation.

Okay. That has to suck. Then give her only what you can spare. You NEED the rest to get through college. She can get a better job, or take a second one. That is your money. Not hers.

i know that but she seems it as kano has a retail job and that we live here so we should help her with bills.. though i want to just tell her some times that she wouldn't afford her bills even if we werent here -.-;

I think you should point it out, tell her that you Are going to leave when you get yourself a job with your major. What'll happen then? She needs to be thinking about that. She can't just live off of you like that.

she has for years really lol.. i mean i try to help her and say hey you know go get another job you can make twice what you make at riteaid cause they are running themselves into the ground but she wont listen to me she even has manager training she could get a million jobs around here.

If she refuses to listen, then pack up, stick your stuff in storage, and ask a friend to let you hang at their place for like a month or so. After that time, you're mother will have to have realized what will happen when you get a job.

i wish i could xD most of my friends are worse off for funds then i am, one has a kid and the other is living with his parents lol. Kano's life is vastly different from mine... i noticed this when i was down there again with his mother and step dad. His family is full of successful people where I come from a farming community and then i have my drunkard dad who never calls and lives a few hours away and then my mom who refuses to leave riteaid -.-;

I hate even suggesting this. But grab your stuff and show up at your dad's and just be like 'I'm living here for a month. Deal with it'

But I know how bad an Idea that is because my dad is kinda like that. He's an unrepentent druggy that can't keep a job to save his life.

well my dad can keep a job, but that'd be far too long of a drive from where he lives to the college i about to start in like a few days >.< or i might be willing to do that just to get money off of my troubled mind.
