By the way, guys, anybody got anything that could help for once-a-month pain? Bad once-a-month pain. And before anybody becomes a smart aleck and says "Doctor" i've already been, hence why i'm on the pill.

Though i wouldn't mind the Doctor before this one having a look at me; Tennent is so hot, expecially with his real accent ^.^

I'd say a nice hot bath and maybe make a ritual of it but I can't be assed to take a bath when I'm "enjoying" that particular "benefit" of womanhood. I very non-magickally pop a few extra strength pain relievers and sleep as much as possible during that time.

This time the painkillers aren't hitting it. My microwavable bunny-rabbit isn't looking so good; kinda lost some colour. He was purple ^.^ heat's the only thing that's working so far. I blame the Jobcentre; i'm under so much stress from them lately, maybe it's aggravated it or something. Ah well.

As for The Doctor . . . Doctor Who? Please tell me you've heard of that show, if you haven't then that's entirely criminal! O.O

I find that a heating pad works pretty well when my cramps are really bad. Not the most convenient this time of year, but it does a lot to relieve my pain...

Monthly pain can be helped with heat and lavender. also some light meditation, concentrating on relaxing the effected muscles. A massager on your stomach could help too. And there's one more thing but... It's not pg.

Unfortunately though he is away in Pembrookshire for the next few days; the only reason i haven't gone on this trip with him is because of the JobCentre.

Not much. Just more being board at work. I'm trying to feel more spiritual but working for who I do (morally corrupt lazy stupid pains in the bum) it saps me. I'll try again on my day off.
I need a purification bath but we only have a shower.

Oh well, at least I got to go conker collecting on the way home. I have a whole hat full.

I hate to admit it, but i had FUN signing on at the Jobcentre today! Got there and the grill was down over the front doors, thought i couldn't get in. Then saw the two A4 sheets of type saying that for health and safety reasons the front entrance is not in use for the duration of the wind storms, and to use the side entrance. after a lot of running about trying to find it i got in and found that inside is all chaos cuz people are walking through right and left to get to the front of the building to sign on.

When i asked apparently someone was walking to the front door earlier in the morning and a small chunk on concrete was blown off the roof and either onto or narrowly missing their head. Poor sod.

Joke made my day too though lol. and i totally agree, though being on my time-of-month at the full moon kinda makes up for it; i'm casting little glamours everywhere i go ^.^
