Better, yes. Now I see that the hand that looked "too" low for the missing wrist was actually another hand! Question? What are you doing with the central figures other hand, the one not on the book. And thanks for cropping! It was a bit too small for me to see clearly.

trying to lay lines for each chars preference with holding, it's a love square haha, the left likes the middle the middle likes the book and the book manifests as the right because it likes anyone who'd read it, though as it stands the middle does not care for the right, if that makes sense at all, i can link to the story

same here, when i take breaks i can see the evolution of a thing, otherwise my veiw is the same as anyone elses, just the finished picture is seen
