I'm thinking that they sink the navy ship and kill all the navy men on it because they a) already have a navy ship and b) the captain knows Roy and has wanted his ship forever
also he's one of Roy's childhood friends who has been looking for him for a while. o wo ever since he ditched the throne for the seas.

more like Roy's father has been pissed all these years because his son fled from being the potential future king. xD
so he's got people searching for Roy. not a lot, but they are skilled.

yeah, but he could be flirtatious with Roy but not interested. he's an odd man, I need to name the poor fellow even though he's going to be thrown over board. xD
