It's been quite clear where I a which has been nice. Ahhhh it's getting that fuzzy samhain feeling in the air. Good times.

Advice? I've begun a seven day bit of spellwork.
The main focus of it being conquering my debt. I've already started.

Today is Thor's Day
On a full to waning moon.
I'm trying to whittle down my debt so the moon phase feels right.
A book called Everyday magic said that Thursdays are good for working on legal matters so it felt like a good place to start. Since it's Thor's Day - I'm leaving an offering for him. A mixture of egg and milk and vanilla. The vanilla pops up in a lot of money magic. And I have associations for the egg and milk. I've written my intent over and over on a stone I came across while "meditating" more like obsessing on my problem. I'm not certain I should state the exact wording but the intent is that I don't want/expect money to fix it but the strength to overcome my obstacles.

Anyway. I'm pretty comfortable with today's workings.
I guess I'm after some things to keep this going all week.

I want to carry the stone with me as much as possible and I plan to bury it at the end of the week. Unless? Is there a reason I shouldn't?

One charm i've found is removing the Nine of Pentacles card from a tarot deck and placing it on an alter by a lit green candle and meditating on the card for a while. You can do this as often as you like. Otherwise, placing a sun-charged citrine on top of your purse/wallet at night helps with cash-flow, both keeping money in there in the first place and helping it come to you. It's a more gentle charm for financial aid too.

Good call on starting this on a Thursday; Jupiter brings aid to legal and financial spells. Mercury does too, but not as powerfully. You've also picked a decent time of year; the veil between worlds is growing thinner by the day and spells become more powerful.

And Tai-chan, i can feel the charge in the air building up! This is so my favourite sabbat.

It's all good. You're going about it in the right way , just don't exhaust yourself ^_^

I've gotten really attached to this stone! I'm going to miss it when I bury it. I'm actually thinking about digging it up after a week in the ground. Charging it for another week and burying it again. So on and so forth.

Or should I just bury it and leave it be? I don't want to disrupt anything. :/

Which action feels more right to you. Things like this will differ from caster to caster so its really all up to your intuition and personal preference and feelings there.

Halloween is the closest we've got to having a National Witches' Day folks, hence why i spend it being as obtrusively witchy as i can possibly be, from offering divination on the street to casting charms all day long with every bloody breath. ^.^

Plus i can actually see people and animals instead of shadows :D

Ah, I should actually get a tarot deck >.> And I've been searching for an athame for eeeeeooooons. I think, at this point, I'll have to use my pocketknife to make a wand >.>

Pocket knives are just as good as any knife. I pinch one of my brother's knives if i need one (he collects knives).

Jenjen and me plan to do a tarot day at her work for charity. ^_^

awesome! wish i could do that. i'm doing a one-card reading a day right now for myself to try and keep some semblance of the skill. crystals too.

Cool. I'm a tad out of practice but basic readings are a breeze. It's just big questions that I sometimes have trouble with. That's when I pass them over to Jenjen. I'm good at binding, blocking and other defences. Jenjen's the divination expert. :)

I'm trying to learn Tarot, and so far it's been good and accurate now that I have a new deck that I've only touched.
