Hello, everyone, I am Steam.

I was recommended over here by Daring Scylla, who I happen to be a Gaian friend of. After hearing him rave about Trisphee for a while, I decided to try it out.

I like classical literature, art (traditional, usually), playing instruments (I do guitar, flute, piano, French horn and cello), talking, movies, TV shows, horror stories, chamber orchestras, and of course steampunk.

I'm currently pursuing a degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design.
I can be pretty snarky and a little rude sometimes, but overall, I like people and I adore talking.

I can be found on Gaia and Tumblr, as well as movie discussion forums.

Yes, I do happen to enjoy Shakespeare, though all my companions claim I'm nuts ^_^ My favorite work of his was A Midsummer Night's Dream, though I'm fond of his poetry as well.

Yes, I tend to lurk a bit before actually jumping into a site, but I like what I've seen so far.

I'm the idiot who will make random Shakespeare references and unintentionally start talking in iambic pentameter, even though I don't look like a Shakespeare fan.

My friend and I started yelling out various scenes from Macbeth halfway through lunch once. That attracted a few awkward stares.

I dress in the steampunk style, so I'm sure I look like a fan, though I'm not sure what the average Shakespeare fan appearance is.

I love illustrating Shakespeare with stick figures and dumbing down the language enough to make it amusing for other fans.

I think your Profile Comments is turned off in your settings; not too sure.
