It is winter here too, but the thermonstate is set way up and naturally I need to keep my body temperature lower then the normal human temperature.

I've been drinking it and it helps some.

drinking cold water helps, turn on the fan, wear less clothes around the house, eat cold foods, etc

I did that when the Weather was Hot and Humid at nighttime before we went to Canada for vacation.
