Well i weight nothing and i wanna play hockey again and that i wanna be a bit more healthy. And i dont wanna get Super musclely but more like toned i guess >w<

I need to lose weight as well, my main loss of weight is the beginning of my period when i lose water weight.

Well for me i eat so much junk food but i have really high matabolizm so i burns off really quick
