he ignored the other once again "ok, here is the new plan" he went over to a door and opened it "you see this closet? if you do anything to make me angry or disturb my rest i will not hit you or tranq you, i will simply pick up your hair and put you in here and close the door" he walked inside and the light flickered on. he turned an looked around until he saw a broom. he reached up and violently burst the light out flushing the area in darkness again. he stepped out of the closest white-dust and glass glittering in his hair "do you understand me yet?"

"Pick me up by my hair?" Samuel brighten slightly then told himself that he was not actually masochistic. "So what?" He said with as much shrug as he could, "I can still annoy you from in there." Then Samuel's eyes lit up with an almost inhuman glee. "I bet it has great accustics."

he smiled though it was not a pleasant one, "would you like to try?"

"No," He said sullenly. "But what are you trying to do? Make me die from loss of human contact in a dark closet? Cause that is all it is gonna do. I am not a masochist." He muttered the last part almost to himself as though trying to convince himself of it.

"i am trying to rest, i have been awake for nearly a week barring the couple hours i got from putting you under" he sighed "for all your brains you do not seem to know very much. maybe when you are sober we can try again. now may i please rest?"

"Yes, you can rest." Samuel said with a sigh even ignoring the jab at his intelect. Samuel then tried to get as confortable as possible in his chair so that he could possibly doze while the other was sleeping.

he nodded though he was not sure if the other could be trusted but he sat down anyway straightening his things and counting back once more.



when he woke next it was of his own volition. he felt rested and the other appeared to be asleep in the gloom. he waved his arm setting off the motion detector and flipping the lights, he rather enjoyed the darkness but there was not much to do about that, he checked his watch somewhere around nine hours had passed and he felt refreshed and clear-headed. he checked the hostage before anything else, mostly he seemed well but the marks he had left on those wrists was terrible. he went to the pile of med supplies and dug out the bottle of rubbing alcohol scissors towel and a gauze roll. he knew the best way would be to wake the other before attempting to clean anything

Samuel had heard the other moving around and his eyes snapped open. He watched the other get the med supplies and kept an eye on Echo the whole time. Samuel showed no reponse as the other got closer but if Echo was going to try and clean his wounds he would not allow it.

ah, the other was already awake "good then, saved me from having to wake you. try not to cry"

Samuel watched the other but made no other noises or movements.

he dropped the towel and scooched it over the man's hands, then he unscrewed the bottle and poured the alcohol directly over the man's wrists

Samuel hissed at the other and tried to move his wounds away. He did not want them cleaned even by Echo.

when the bottle was half empty he set it down and picked up the half soaked towel, he should have unbound each hand to clean it but he could see the other was indeed being too...excited to be truly trusted with that he caught up the hands and scrubbed roughly at the wrists allowing the other's struggles to aid in the removal of blood dried and drying

Samuel tried to keep his hands away from the other which was remarkable hard for someone whose hands where tied. He said not a word just tried to focase on not allowing the other to clean his hands well. Samuel knew he was being petty but did not care.

he did a fair job of the cleaning but now was the hard part and noone ever took it without at least a little fight. he popped one of the ties with the scissors and grabbed the man's forearm. "if you do not fight this i will tell you a secret, does that seem fair?" it was a tactic he used on children who were accidentally caught up in situations children should not be in, he hoped the other's natural curiosity would mean it would work on him as well. he dropped the scissors and picked up the gauze and waited

Samuel though for a second. Sure he was curious to what the other thing was, but did he really want to know? And what was he not fighting? He could be agreeing not to fight as the other replayed footage of the people in the tower being killed. Finally Samuel gave up and nodded his head in concent, he would not fight.
